Vampiric half moon of marksmanship

Dmg + 11% (While in stance) Life steling +2 Health Regeneration -1 Req. 8 What is this worth. And would it just be better to salvage it. |

You'd be better off selling it to the merchant, unless the markmanship mod is perfect, in which case I'd salvage and hope for it.
